I follow the stories hiding in plain sight.

Sheena StandingBear is a multimedia artist and storyteller based in Neosho, Missouri. Her work explores history, nature, art, and community.

The outdoors taught me to look closer.

Before I became a multimedia artist and storyteller, I worked as a hunting and fishing guide, a bass tournament angler, and a wildlife property manager.

Those experiences sharpened my curiosity about wildlife and landscapes, and about the stories held by the places we move through.

Art is another way I follow a story.

I use painting, public art, photography, and video to explore the places, history, and people that draw my attention.

Each medium gives me another way to follow a story and invite others to look more closely.

Every place has a story waiting to be found.

Through documentary storytelling and historical research, I listen for the local voices and details that help a place reveal itself.

Rabbit Hole Adventures is my way of following that curiosity carefully—looking for overlooked stories and sharing what I discover about the places and people around us.

Creativity is something we share.

Music is part of my creative life, giving me another way to listen, feel, and connect with the world around me.

I care about community involvement and advocacy, and I look for ways to bring people together through the stories we share.

Come follow the story.
